Also known as Celery Root, Celeriac is high in fiber and is a good source of vitamins C, K, and B6, as well as minerals such as phosphorus, potassium, and manganese. Due to it’s high volume of antioxidants, Celeriac is anti-inflammatory, and is good for heart health.
Storage Tips:
Store in a plastic bag in the fridge, do not wash until ready to use. Celeriac can also be frozen, just wash, peel, chop, and add to a baking tray in the freezer before moving to a freezer bag.
