Green and Yellow Beans are a favorite among many. These beans contain Vitamins B, C, A, K, as well as protein and fiber. They are a low FODMAP food.

Storage Tips:

Store in a plastic bag in the fridge. Rinse before preparing the stem end needs to be snapped off before cooking. This piece is woody and isn't meant to be eaten. You only need to prune off the stem end, the opposite end is the flower end, with a point, this is fine to keep intact. To Freeze, wash and prep the beans, blanch, dry, and then place on a baking sheet in a single layer. Once forzen, transfer to a freezer bag.

Uses:

There are many delicious ways to make beans, including sauteed, boiled, used in casseroles, added to soups or fried in the air fryer. These beans are also delicious grilled.
