Napa Cabbage is a good source of B vitamins, as well as C and K. It also contains copper, iron, calcium, and manganese. It is good for digestive health, and is packed with antioxidants.

Storage Tips:

Keep Napa Cabbage in the crisper drawer of the refrigerator in a plastic bag. Wait to wash until just before use. You can freeze it raw by chopping it into chunks and putting it in a freezer bag. It will last 6-8 weeks in the freezer.

Uses:

Eat Napa Cabbage raw, or add to soups, stir-frys, and homemade kimchi. Use the raw cabbage for salads, added to sandwiches, or mixed even in with smoothies.
