Storage Tips:
Keep Napa Cabbage in the crisper drawer of the refrigerator in a plastic bag. Wait to wash until just before use. You can freeze it raw by chopping it into chunks and putting it in a freezer bag. It will last 6-8 weeks in the freezer.
