Storage Tips:
If you plan to use your Rhubarb within a couple of days, it can stored on the counter in a cool, dry space with good air circulation. You can also store it in the fridge, trim the excess leaves and then wrap the stalks in a breathable plastic, in the crisper drawer. To freeze, chop the rhubarb into 1-inch pieces and blanch, then freeze on a baking tray.
