Paste tomatoes also contain high amounts of Lycopene, which is good for heart health, and Lycopene levels increase when the tomatoes are cooked.

Storage Tips:

Store your Roma tomatoes in a cool, dry spot on the counter. They like room temperatures between 60-65F out of direct sunlight. Place them stem side down and allow them to ripen until soft.
