Oregano is a good source of Potassium, and contains vitamins A, C, and E. Oregano may be anti-inflammatory due to it’s antioxidants and suspected antimicrobial properties. Oregano is sometimes used to health reduce coughs and support digestion.
Storage Tips:
Trim the Oregano stems slightly and place into a glass of water, or wrap loosely in damp paper towels and place in a plastic bag in the fridge. Oregano should keep for about a week.
