Storage Tips:

Trim the stems of the thyme and store them in a jar with a small amount of water on the counter, or wrap the herbs in a damp paper towel and store in the fridge for 2-3 days. Thyme can be chopped up and placed in an ice cube tray with water or oil, and other herbs for seasoning soups.

Uses:

Thyme is great for seasoning savory dishes such as chicken, or roasted vegetables. Add it to butter for a delicious seasoned butter, bake it into biscuits, or infuse into vinegar or olive oil.
