Storage Tips:
Store whole bunches of kale in the fridge, wrapped in paper towels and store in a ziplock bag in the crisper drawer. The kale should keep for up to a week. Kale can be frozen, just blanch, add to a baking tray and freeze, and once frozen add to a ziplock and return to the freezer.
